A special shoutout goes to Hamza, the masseur – his hands are magic! One of the best massages we've ever had. Professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, he made the whole experience even more relaxing and memorable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Very big thanks to Mavro and Dayanna, the reception staff — they were very kind and helped us with parking! Overall, the experience was nice. My wife and I stayed just one night and checked in late, so we couldn't fully evaluate all the facilities, but the room was pretty nice and clean, and the balcony had a lovely view. Breakfast was great. It’s served until 11:00, we woke up at 10:00 and got to the restaurant at 10:30 — there were still plenty of dishes, all nice and warm, with lots of healthy food. The hotel is LGBT-men-themed, but there were also other men-and-women couples like us, so no worries.

We had read that the pool was broken. We contacted Axel to cancel the reservation but they assured us that everything would be working for our arrival. Promise kept. Good and Professional. Very nice room overlooking the garden and pool. They pampered us. The structure is always clean, the staff is very kind and always available. I don't know the names of the ladies and gentlemen who were in charge of cleaning, but we thank them for the smiles and kindness they offered us at every meeting in the corridors. Attentive in everything. Every request always fulfilled. Instead we remember well the names of the boys at the reception. The atmosphere at Axelbeach is welcoming and relaxed. My husband and I were there last summer for the first time and were back now the last week of January. Now as then, the staff at breakfast (among others Camelo and Rayco) were attentive and pleasant. The breakfast is quite basic but perfectly fine. The staff at the reception are fantastically nice and helpful. We had to change rooms because the bed was bad, which went very smoothly. Don’t have the name of the receptionist that helped us, but they were great. Alvaro, Alvaro, Alvaro - always with a smile.
